Why we limit client capacity

Limited availability.
Personalized service.

Bookkeeping requires consistency, accuracy, attention to detail, and professional oversight. Elite intentionally maintains a limited recurring client roster rather than operating as a high-volume provider.

When openings are available

Qualified prospective clients may be invited to begin onboarding.

When capacity is full

Prospects may remain on the Priority List and will be contacted when an appropriate opening becomes available.

Joining the Priority List does not guarantee acceptance or create a client relationship.
Client referral reward50% OFFone eligible monthly bookkeeping invoice

Refer a business

Good business relationships grow through trusted referrals.

When a current bookkeeping client refers a business that is accepted, signs a recurring bookkeeping agreement, and pays its first recurring invoice, the referring client receives a 50% credit toward one eligible monthly bookkeeping invoice.

View referral reward terms
  • One qualifying referral earns one 50% recurring-bookkeeping credit.
  • Credits do not apply to cleanup work, setup fees, consulting, advisory, or other Elite services.
  • The referred business must become an active, paying recurring bookkeeping client.
  • Credits are applied after eligibility requirements are satisfied, have no cash value, and cannot produce a negative invoice.
  • Multiple credits are applied to separate future billing periods. Program terms and availability may change.

Example: A client paying $795 per month would receive a $397.50 credit toward an eligible invoice.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before joining.

Are services completely virtual?

Our model is virtual-first. Most work, communication, and meetings are remote. In-person meetings may be arranged by appointment when appropriate, subject to location and professional meeting-space availability.

Do you have a walk-in office?

No. In-person meetings are scheduled by appointment and may take place in reserved professional meeting space.

Does joining guarantee acceptance?

No. Acceptance depends on service fit, complexity, available capacity, and mutually agreeable engagement terms.

Are the listed prices guaranteed?

No. They are starting prices. Final pricing reflects volume, accounts, complexity, entities, receivables, payables, reporting, integrations, existing-record condition, and additional services.

Can you work with my CPA or tax professional?

Yes. Organized financial information can be provided to your CPA or tax professional when needed and authorized.

Do you prepare tax returns?

Tax preparation is not included in standard monthly bookkeeping unless expressly provided under a separate written engagement.

What if my books are behind?

Catch-up and cleanup services begin at $1,000 and require a separate review before final pricing.
