Terms and Policies
Effective Date: 1/8/2026
Company: Elite Business Enterprises LLC
Service: Strategy & Clarity Intensive (the “Session”)
1. Scope of Service
The Strategy & Clarity Intensive (“Session”) is a paid, one-on-one working session designed to provide business clarity, strategy, and actionable recommendations.
The Session includes:
- One (1) 60-minute virtual session (via Zoom or phone)
- One (1) written summary with prioritized recommendations delivered within 48 hours of the Session
The Session does not include ongoing advisory, implementation, coaching, or done-for-you services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
2. Payment & Pricing
Payment must be made in full upon booking unless otherwise agreed.
All pricing is listed in USD and subject to change at any time.
3. Refund Policy
All payments for the Strategy & Clarity Intensive are non-refundable once the Session has been delivered.
If a client chooses not to attend, cancels without rescheduling, or does not complete the Session within the allowed timeframe, the Session is considered forfeit and no refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their Session at any time without penalty.
Rescheduling must be requested via:
- The original scheduling link, or
- Email sent to: EliteBusinessEnterprisesLLC@gmail.com
There is no fee for rescheduling within the allowed timeframe.
5. 365-Day Completion Window
The Session must be completed within 365 days from the date of purchase.
If the Session is not completed within 365 days, the client may pay a reactivation fee to schedule a new date.
Elite Business Enterprises LLC reserves the right to:
- Determine the reactivation fee amount, and/or
- Require the client to pay the price difference if Session pricing has increased
If no rescheduling occurs within the 365-day period, the Session is considered forfeit and no refund will be issued.
6. No-Show Policy
A client is considered a “no-show” if they:
- Fail to attend at the scheduled time, and
- Did not communicate beforehand
No-shows may be rescheduled at the discretion of Elite Business Enterprises LLC.
Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of the Session without refund.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Attend the scheduled Session on time
- Complete any required intake forms or questionnaires before the Session
- Communicate honestly and openly during the Session
- Take responsibility for implementation of recommendations
8. Not Professional Advice Disclaimer
Information provided during the Session is for educational and strategic purposes only.
The Session does not constitute:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Tax advice
- Medical advice
Clients should consult licensed professionals as needed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Business Enterprises LLC is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or opportunities
- Decisions made based on Session recommendations
Results are not guaranteed and depend on the client’s choices, actions, and implementation.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during or after the Session are the intellectual property of Elite Business Enterprises LLC.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, publish, or distribute materials without written consent.
11. Confidentiality
Elite Business Enterprises LLC agrees to keep all client information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
The client agrees not to share, record, or publish the Session without written consent.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this service will first attempt informal resolution by email.
If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through arbitration in the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or scheduling the Strategy & Clarity Intensive, the client acknowledges that they have:
